Jul 1, 2003 This is bad. I actually thought it might be a decent lager at first, with a buttery, grainy flavor at first taste, but the aftertaste has to be in my all-time top 5 bad. So greasy and metallic, it would be like going around a machine shop and licking all the tools. Almost unfinishable.

May 28, 2003 Better lager than many alternatives. Not as sweet or mealy. Doesn't hurt that I associate this beer with having a lot of fun in the New Orleans. Drink cold.

May 20, 2003 Thin pour, little head. Weak color but a surprisingly smooth drink. A touch of 'bitters' in the flavor, but didn't hurt. This went down very easy and I would think that it would be great with southern cuisine!

May 5, 2003 This beer is awesome with crawfish. It is the beat New Orleans beer ever. Very cheep, very good and easy going.

Mar 18, 2003 Pale gold in color with lots of carbonation and a white head. Basic lager flavor; kinda blah. Further support for the theory (my theory) that good beer is hard to find in Southern states.
