| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 7, 2008 I find this beer to be slightly underrated. Not the best in the world, but still ok to drink. Great with spicy food. Dark red color with a big bubbled mostly white head. Malts on the nose and tongue too. One complaint is that the beer is just too thin feeling. shackinetics (132), Florida, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | May 27, 2008 Clear, reddish amber with a darker, thicker tan head than expected. Has a slight smoky odor of and expended bottle rocket mixed with the odor of a of a damp mop that has sat out too long. Flavor is a bit thin, but still a pleasant combination of roasted malt and hops. Fizzy with a quick bite in the back of the throat and then it is gone. Very drinkable. aubreya (676), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA

Sweet, caramel, roasted malt nose. Flavor slightly bitter and a little thin. Lots of roastiness, but overall just whatever. alexanderj (2281), Chino Hills, California, USA
