Sweetish, roasted nose. Medium body with lots of delicate roasted malt and some light accents of chocolate. Yummy. Underlying sweet edge but still manages to end overwhelmingly dry. Lovely indeed. Sad if this beer is gone for good with the flooding of Dixie Brewing. 270306 JAF737300 (797), Tampa, Florida, USA

Pours a large tan frothy head which dissipates into a thin film and a deep reddish-brown body. Nose of toasted malt, caramel slim coffee. Flavour of roasted malt, tin, vanilla, sour cream and pennies. Not bad but pretty good for a Gulf State! Cheers
