Sweetish, roasted nose. Medium body with lots of delicate roasted malt and some light accents of chocolate. Yummy. Underlying sweet edge but still manages to end overwhelmingly dry. Lovely indeed. Sad if this beer is gone for good with the flooding of Dixie Brewing. 270306 yespr (12426), Copenhagen O, Denmark

Brutal aroma of sheer butyric acid. Something has gone very wrong here. It’s hard to say if the fault derives from the brewing process or if it was left in a boiling hot container while being shipped overseas. However with brewers that don’t stamp a bottling date I have no mercy, and add my rating anyway. fonefan (11891), VestJylland, Denmark
