Tasted like sucking on a dirty nickel ( I am assuming ) Metallic and boring... quite the opposite of what i look for in a good beer.

Red Coloring. Aroma Has Some Malt in it, As Does the Flavor, but Overall it Seems Quite Muddled and Not Very Balanced. A Confused Brew As it Were...but Then it IS Voodoo!!

I didn’t care for the flavor , it was a bit like when the ice melts in your coke! it just seemed very unbalaced, and bland, won’t buy again.

Sweet mercy... this tastes like boiled donkey shit that was left to rot over the course of a decade. What did they do, bottle the runoff from Bourbon Street after Mardi Gras?

Color’s a lovely red...quite aromatic, I can smell the malt from afar. A little dry, some spiciness, mild hops...mild in flavor, too. I’ll probably never buy this beer again, and drink only if the alternative is, say, a Corona or Mich Golden Crap Light. Not bad, but "not bad" is not what I enjoy.

Wow! What a surprise coming from Dixie. Crimson Voodoo pours a beautiful honey red, like the stock on my Mosin-Nagant. The head seemed to have a very faint pink tint to it, which stuck around for a while and left a delicious lace. It’s smooth, a little on the flat side, and has a wonderfully rich feel on the tongue. The flavor is like warm malty caramel, but not at all sharp. If I could fault it I would say that it’s perhaps a bit lacking in carbonation, but I think that makes the more subtle flavors stand out. Compare it to something like Abita Amber, which is all fizz and caramel, and no subtlety. Definitely a new favorite.

Not a bad drink, but needs more body. It’s just too smooth. Good deep red coloring with good carbonation, yet a small, lacy head. Light malt aroma, perhaps a hint of toffee or caramel. Good, friendly mouth-feel with a warm malty aftertaste.

Bottle. Small light tan head with fine size bubbles that mostly diminished. Minimal carbonation, transparent and a reddish brown hue. Nose was malty and caramel as was the flavor. Smooth palate. Light-medium bodied beer with very sparse lacing.
