Reddish color with minimal head. Not very pleasant to taste or smell. Poor mouthfeel. Interesting label though.

Is ____ magic involved in this? Maybe, a truly beautiful beer. Smooth and tasty. (The blank is because I can’t read my drunken writing; and seeing other scores, perhaps too far gone to accurately rate).

Not too bad. Sweet flavor, which does not overwhelm, and not that bad of a finish. I don’t know why the price was so high for this beverage.

Sample shared per Chuck! Thanks Chuck! Pours to a hazy red tinted brown body with a thin white ring head. The aroma has some tobacco and soured molasses. It doesn’t smell half bad. The flavor seems to present some diacetyls and some sweetened Georgia tea. I’m not a huge fan of sweet tea. It doesn’t taste bad, just not my fave. The palate is medium bodied and has that tea like feel.

pours a dark brown w/ a small tan quickly dissapated head good lacing. Smells of a weaker carmel malt and a candied sugar. Not much else. Palate is way to thin lots of watery. Flavor is really weak a bit off.. kinda ishy muck w/ some weak ass carmel. don’t bother to drink this stuff.. not worth your time.

This was a hefty brew. Impressive colors of deep crimson and rubyd with loads of malts. Very thick and malty probably from the slow-brewing and cypress barrel storing. It had a unique flavor and stench, but too thick. One was enough. Not so refreshing or pleasant. Swampy southern syrup in a bottle...

Kind of toffeeish in color. Overall, better than the Blackened Voodoo. Off-smelling….kind of swampy….hints of caramel and fruit. Sweet tasting with a touch of caramel...hmm, almost like an Oktoberfest. Rather dry on the finish, somewhat weird aftertaste that certainly doesn’t enhance the enjoyment level.

Had this one bottled. Very nice amber color with a thin white head, wonderfully hopped, notes of caramel, chocolate and orange, delicious.
