The nose is of caramel, beef bouillon and plums.
Very weak, thin flavor. Watery with very subtle hints of plum and caramel. Decently balanced, at least.
Barely medium-bodied with fizzy carbonation.
Short, astringent, lemony finish.

A bit thin, there’s worse though MartinT (5068), Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Good deep red coloring with good carbonation, yet a small, lacy head. Light malt aroma, perhaps a hint of toffee or caramel. Good, friendly mouth-feel with a warm malty aftertaste. Buttered vomit/aged cheese aroma. Toasted tart pastry flavors. Quite acidic and thin feeling. Light white pepper in the finish. Quite bland once you get past the smell.
