Bottle. Not really amber, more of a pale golden color with a white head. Pretty much just grain in the aroma. Mostly tasteless with a faint citric flavor that gives off an acidic tartness. Not that Good.

not much aroma to mention, very caramelly with buttery flavor, i think the caramel overshadows amber, tasty

12 oz bottle..pours amber with a fluffy white head that quickly diminished to leave some soapy film after each sip. The aroma was light caramel, wood, funk, and earthiness. The flavor was watery caramel, and grassy hops. The palate was somewhat watery, and dry w/ a moderate amount of carbonation. For a light beer it drank a wee bit heavier. It was refreshing w/o being too watery or boring. Very nice effort...

12oz bottle. Poured a clear light orange color. Head was bubbly, white, and reduced over a minute or two to a thin film. Aroma was of light caramel. Less aroma than the regular Dixie. Dry with carbonation on the higher end of the spectrum. Thin body with grassy hop and watered down caramel malt flavors.

The aroma is dusty and grainy with some amber caramel malt and grassy hops. The appearance is deep gold with a decent head. The flavor is very malty with light toasty and buttery qualities. The palate is smooth. Overall this has to be the BEST light beer I have had.

For a light beer pilsner this isn’t that bad. Has more of an amber quality to it which distances itself from all that typical "piss water" American brewery light stuff.

Single from Woodman’s Oak Creek WI. Body was nothing like a light. Full, rich with a small malty feel. With a more “big beer” quality.

Cleaning out my bottle collection and came across this one which I will display. This was a typical pilsnner style macro. Nothing particular.
