Pretty much just grain in the aroma. Mostly tasteless with a faint citric flavor that gives off an acidic tartness. Not that Good.

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jun 23, 2008 12 oz bottle..pours amber with a fluffy white head that quickly diminished to leave some soapy film after each sip. The aroma was light caramel, wood, funk, and earthiness. The flavor was watery caramel, and grassy hops. The palate was somewhat watery, and dry w/ a moderate amount of carbonation. For a light beer it drank a wee bit heavier. It was refreshing w/o being too watery or boring. Very nice effort... GeneralGao (3078), Iowa City, Iowa, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jun 3, 2008 12oz bottle. Poured a clear light orange color. Head was bubbly, white, and reduced over a minute or two to a thin film. Aroma was of light caramel. Less aroma than the regular Dixie. Dry with carbonation on the higher end of the spectrum. Thin body with grassy hop and watered down caramel malt flavors. nick76 (2694), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 2, 2008 The aroma is dusty and grainy with some amber caramel malt and grassy hops. The appearance is deep gold with a decent head. The flavor is very malty with light toasty and buttery qualities. The palate is smooth. Overall this has to be the BEST light beer I have had. chandler0201 (358), Durham, North Carolina, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 1, 2008 For a light beer pilsner this isn’t that bad. Has more of an amber quality to it which distances itself from all that typical "piss water" American brewery light stuff. jbuzz (664), South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA
