| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 30, 2009 Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. A brown, slightly hazy beer with lots of (protein?) chunks, topped by a small, beige, creamy head. Spiced nose with dried fruits, cellar, rum-raisin, some notes of oxidation and alcohol, and a herbal touch. Sweet, herbal flavor with cellar, raisin, green apples, some spicy notes and a fine bitterness. Quite thin on the body, medium that is, and with a warming feeling. Dried fruits and a herbal bitterness in the finish. Maybe a bit herbal, but a quite nice one. Would like less chunks though. (090228)
