On tap at the Dock Street Brew Pub. Poured a deep golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of lots of spiciness, fruity, and pears. Tastes of fruitiness, apples, lighter spices, tropical fruits, and honey sweetness. On the sweet side with the Alcohol content well hidden.

On tap at the brew pub. Pours a lightly hazy golden/orange with a small bubbly white head. Flavor of citrus, banana, Belgian tripel yeast esters, clove, biscuity, tropical fruits and green apple. Flavor of Belgian yeast, herbal, spicy, orange peel, residual sweetness, Pilsner malt, tropical fruits and honey. I like the use of the American hops in this one..nice touch!

Draft @ the brewpub. Nice golden color with a medium white head. Aroma has some nice candi sugar/honey mixed with some floral notes. Flavor has a nice sweet/hop bitterness combination with honey, sugar, floral hops, and a nice bite towards the end. Overall a really nice hoppy tripel from these guys. Since Dock Street reopened I have yet to be disappointed and am usually quite pleased. Really good!
