JB175 (1269), Holland, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 21, 2008 Draft @ the brewpub. Nice golden color with a medium white head. Aroma has some nice candi sugar/honey mixed with some floral notes. Flavor has a nice sweet/hop bitterness combination with honey, sugar, floral hops, and a nice bite towards the end. Overall a really nice hoppy tripel from these guys. Since Dock Street reopened I have yet to be disappointed and am usually quite pleased. Really good!
