A medium bodied pale ale with layers of character. Delicate and whimsical flavors tantalize the pallet. Soft malts an aromatic hops blend brilliantly with an oak finish. Your new favorite beer!

On tap at the Dock Street Brew Pub. Poured a medium golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of floralness, citrus, and a trace of oak. Tastes of citrus, vanilla, and light oak in the finish. Lively body with a dry finish.

on tap-pours an off white head that laces and hazy yellow color. Aroma is nice sweet hops-cascade (and Amarillo / Hallertau?), faint malt. Taste is nicely balanced hops and medium malt, bitter finish. OK/mild carbonation.

On tap at the brew pub. Pours a hazy golden with orange notes and a medium creamy/bubbly off white head. Aroma of mixed citrus, cereal grains, vanilla, light oak and fresh hops. Flavor was pretty hoppy, light oak, cereal grains, citrus notes and what seemed like American oak.

This one is only Golden in Color - I think its actually an American Pale ale per the description listed on the beer board at Dock street. An oaked APA? Its pretty nice if you ask me. Aroma is very citrusy with some bready malts and some light oak detectable. Flavor is very citrusy and acidic (in a good way) and just assertive enough to go with most pub fare. Nice mouthfeel. I want to know more about this one!

From the tap poured a hazy amber color with a fair amount of head. Flavor of malt and hops finishes with a good aftertaste.

They have to change the name of this... I instantly thought "oh great, another sucky pale lager", but was plesantly surprised to find a complex, almost belgian style beer. Lovely mouthfeel, interesting hop additions, and smooth drinkability. I was sad my glass was empty!

Pours a hazy orange gold with no head. Smells of light hops and flowers with notes of orange. Hop flavor, bitter on the end with a little hint of fruit. Smooth finish with a tangy aftertaste.
