a real curiosity piece. tasted like a belgian ale yeast, looked light amber. some lemonade taste and cauliflower, raw sugar. witbier aroma. a bit all-over-the=place flavourwise but that's a good thing in this case. definitely a brewery worth keeping an eye on

my first non-frog b-de-g, apart from my own dabblings in the homebrew shed. seems like all the flavours are pretty much right here, just the texture is a bit light, like they used wheat or something. estery celery/banana stuff all over it, like my latest HB b-d-g which was brewed with lager yeast at 25º. light amber colour hints at appropriately caramelised wort. smell is nice, coriander, pepper, malt. finish is malty and sweet. not a bad effort, maybe needed more alcohol guts.
