Bottle, pint glass, approx. 40deg F Its a refreshing but possibly a little over-hopped for most as you start the lose the malt flavor. A very nice palate cleanser with heavily spiced foods. Bitterness is is balanced with a nice sweet/malty taste that lingers on the front of the tongue. Its a good IPA but not a great one considering the price. It has no major flaws and is easy drinking.

Enjoyed via draft. Pours a full golden color. Nose is full of citrus and grapefruit as a result of the American hops. The palate, while leaning toward hops, is balanced at the end with a toasty and complex maltiness. Always a welcomed sight at any pub.

Poured clear gold. Very hoppy aroma and of course, a hoppy flavor with some light notes of citrus and pine. Bitter mouthfeel is great. Dry bitter finish. Maybe the best drinkable, refreshing IPA’s out there.

Although not on the same level as the Dogfish 90 IPA, the 60 is certainly more of an everyday beer. The citrus flavor is not overwhelming, taste is a bitterness you don’t find in the 90.

This IPA is excellent for an IPA. I have to start by stating I do not like IPA’s. Dogfish 90 minute IPA taste nothing like an IPA so I think its excellent. This however does taste like an IPA... but the flavor is not bad at all. Very smooth, something you usually don’t find in an IPA. It does have the slight bitter flavor of an IPA... but very tasty.... to get into IPAs this is the way to go.

A wonderful IPA. Gold body with medium, foamy head. Hoppy and piney nose. taste of pines, malts and some bitter. Nice prickly mouthfeel. Another great Dogfish.

Appearance: medium gold with orange, reddish hints; very clear; above average head stand for a white foam Aroma: hop aromas include predominantly earthy and piney with some floral; probably simcoe dominant with some warrior presence; quite a malt backbone, too; wondering if it’s too much Flavor: malt presence returns, including a moderate amber sense; earth, pine and malt dominate; could have better balance; bitterness is kept well under control, however; Mouthfeel: above average, but not stellar; shows good style typicity
