Copper with small, foamy white head. Scent is strong hop (citrus and pine). Taste is strong hops. If you need a quick shot of hops in the arm, this is it. Hops hops hops. More hop driven than my memory of the 90 minute. Palate a little soft. Good beer for hop head, but DFH has made better. Still, hop boost is a lot of fun.

Aroma is malty, caramel, light piney hops scent, giving a near cocoa impression. Some floral hops.
Taste, malty, sweet caramel , candi sugar and light chocolat. Light floral hops for a nice hoppy finish.

Oct 7, 2008 A great golden beer with a thin wispy white head. Aroma is much more faint than I was expecting and is mostly of pine and citrus. It has a pine hoppy flavor and a slight sweet malt ending. The beer has a very low and fine carbonatio . A nice moderately filling and hoped beer but prefer other hoped choices by Dogfish to this one.

Oct 2, 2008 Bottle from Bottletrek in Eugene, OR. Overall this was a great brew, but I was expecting more from Dogfish. Tasted simiilar to most IPA’s and of course a step down from the 90 minute. If you want a really good IPA, go straight for the 90 don’t even bother with this one.

Sep 30, 2008 Clear golden with very white foamy head that disappears. Hoppy orange, grapefruit aroma. Full bodied orange and pine taste with a bitter orange aftertaste. Very easy drinking.
