Burnt amber clear pour from a bottle. Balanced malt and floral hoppy aroma. Small off white head low carbonation and good lacing. Full on the palate with citrus & floral taste. Long balanced finish. Great!

Bottle. Half inch of white foamy head atop a hazy amber body. Aroma is sweet caramel, grapefruit, crisp citrus, slightly vanilla, and fruity sweet alcoholic finish. Flavor was sweet caramel, tauntingly chocolate, slightly toffee, and slightly bitter coffee, wonderfully fresh grapefruit and pine acidity. I found this to actually not be that bitter since the malt was so strongly counterbalanced. All the same wonderful beer.

This is quite a tasty beverage. It poured a medium orange amber color with a light caramel head. There wasn’t really too much of a distinct aroma to me, more of a general IPA smell, pretty hoppy - not the citrus that I am accustomed to however. It has a great mouthfeel, almost what I would equate to drinking a glass of milk. It tasted quite good, but with no outstanding flavors. Overall a pretty good beer.

This is by far my favorite IPA. Nice flowery hops in the nose. Nice copper color. Woodsey character: this would be great sitting by a campfire.

Pours deep amber with a thick white head. Aroma is dominated by cascade. The flavour is very full and bold. Very hoppy and very bitter. This is a great IPA. It is soo well balanced you would never guess that it was 9%. It has a smooth creamy mouth feel a real pleasure to drink.

12 oz. Malty barley, floral hoppy nose. Orange colored with abrupt off-white/tan head dying into a foam ring. Mid-heavy sweet, medium bitter. Medium body, thin feel, light carbonation. Initially sweet into med-long finish. Strong maltiness, hint of honey. Prominent but not overpowering hop taste balanced well by sweet malt. Better than the average Imperial IPA.
