Esquire Magazine calls our 90 Minute I.I.PA., "perhaps the best I.P.A. in America." An Imperial I.P.A. brewed to be savored from a snifter. An amazing brew, and my personal favorite. I only drink this with a good meal, typically a nice steak or burger. An excellent citrus flavor and smooth finish.

Medium amber with a small white head that fizzes out rather quickly. Excellent hop aroma with a reduced malty taste thanks to the dry hopping. Nice balance with a lingering alcohol finish. An excellent IPA that ranks near the top.

"perhaps the best I.P.A. in America." I agree. Despite it being the only one I’ve tried. Excellent beer I would love to have again when I return to the States because unfortunately though, beer selection in Canada is atrocious.

This was good, one of the better imp IPA’s I’ve tried. Massive citrus on the nose, which follows thru to the taste blended with nice maltyness.

Bottle: Dark amber color, medium head. Nice hoppy, citrus smell. Taste is sweet with a bitter bite, and then a nice alcohol burn that washes the bitterness away. Big flavor, nice bite, smooth ending... GREAT IPA!

Bottle. Pours a deep amber, big cloudy white head. Aroma is fruity, citrus, hoppy, hints of the sweetness to come. Taste is subtle sweet malts and fruity notes, but it is big on the hops. Somewhat syrupy palate, thick, elixir. Great impy IPA

Bottle. Pours a deep amber with a fluffy head that disappears too quickly. Aroma of malts and heavy citrus like raisins, dates, figs etc. Very tasty malt flavor that almost overpowers the hops. I got the hops on the back side after the sweet malts had disappeared. This is another outstanding brew from Dogfish.

Found some old notes. (6/30/07). Pours a deep golden amber with a diapering white head. Strong pine aromas from the hops. Follows to the taste with a nice malt balance. Long dry bitter finish.
