This is the best IPA I have ever had. Very robust. So many flavors, you detect the raisons, dates and other dark flavored senses. I would highly recomend. On draft one of the best beers you will ever have. Light on the hops. Just enought to add a tang. Smooth and enjoyable!

Nice hoppy aroma, with some wheatiness and earthy tones, maybe even a touch of grapefruit. Amber appearance with carbonated head that was mostly a memory by the time I sat down for sushi. I definitely tasted the brandy, surrounded by some orange, sour apples and other bitter fruit flavors. Palate leaves a sting, nearly a sizzle. I love that the aftertaste of this beer leaves the bitter behind, very pleasant. A great beer in a style I once thought I despised.

On tap - many locations, but very nice at the Squirrel Hill Cafe (Squirrel Cage). I must agree with Equire mag.- perhaps the best IPA in America. Excellent hops, aroma, color and finish. Really nothing bad to say about it, except perhaps that after 6-8, I’ve got a little package on!

Served on tap at my college’s pub, this is a go-to on a Thursday night. For an IPA fan, it really doesn’t get much better than this. Citrusy, hop-filled, and goes down smooth leaving a delightful aftertaste. One of the best.

Tap at Mellow Mushroom. This is easily one of my faves because it’s so easy to find. Great sweet citrusy hops with great mouthfeel. Very evergreen smell and taste. Awesome.

On tap. This is probably the best of the "double" style IPAs I have tasted. It is worth seeking out a location that has it on tap. In my case I found it on tap at my local British Beer Company restaurant. Have also tasted from bottle and would score that option slightly lower yet still very, very good.

12 oz. bottle. Pours amber in color with a good amount of white head. Aroma is very strong of citrus and hops. Taste of lemon, pine hops, and malt. Medium bodied, very complex. Very good IPA.

Bottle. This is a hazy amber colour in a tulip glass with a generous head. There is a decent amount of lacing on the glass and good head retention. The strong hop aroma has plenty of floral character, dense and complex: there’s some pine, fruit, breadiness. The mouthfeel is nice and full, oily, and very smooth, approachable. I taste an initial sweetness, plenty of citrus in the hops: orange, lemon. A big, bitter kick. Once again, quite complex: pine, bread, plenty of raisin. Wonderful.
