Sampled at the Great Decatur Beer Tasting Festival in Georgia on 10/18/08. Golden in color. Pine hop aroma. Taste was nice balance between pine hops, grapefruit and malt. I am not a hophead, but this one was good.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a pleasantly tannish thick head with good duration and very nice lacing over a clear coppery body....nose is mild floral hops, with minimal pine and resin....tastes initially of malts then lingering grapefruit type bitterness....mouth feel is quite good with that indefinable chewniess of great brews....balance is superb. This is east coast hopping in that they are rather quiet. 12/04/2008

Bottle courtesy of MP via NYC. Thanks bud This was the best of MPs US selecta. Good lookin amber colour with a niiiice white head. Lovely sticky piney hop aroma. Big hoppy flavour with pineapple raisin and citrus notes. Great balance and poise. Superb fragrant dry bitter finish. Top effort. Want more.

Orange color. Typical imperial IPA taste except I noted a hint of banana. A very good imperial IPA, but not the best.

Bottle, consumed about a month after bottling. Aroma of bready, almost doughy malt, and an odd concoction of hops, floral, perfumy, grassy, maybe some woodsy spiciness in there. Flavor gets rather unpleasant with the odd, semi-spicy, semi-floral hops not meshing well at all with the intensely bready malt. Just didn’t agree with me, though I know I’m in the minority.

12 oz. bottle. Tons of floral hop notes in the aroma. Nearly no head, just a ring of white bubbles around the perimeter of the glass. Appearance is clear with a lovely dark orange color. Long finish with a strong bitterness of grapefruit. Excellent IPA.

Bottle. Golden with white head. Fruitish hop aroma with some cabbage, apricot and resin. Very oily, almost like syrup. Bitter but also very sweet flavour. A bit to oily and sweet, but still very good.

12. Fl oz. bottle bought at Raja Liquors in Livermore, CA. The pour- light Caramel color, great head retention. Bouquet- great hoppiness, excellent diacetyl. Palate- The malt-hop balance is very smooth, many IPA’s tend to be way overhopped just for the sake of, "Hey man, you should see all the dry hops that we add in this beer!" Finish- good hop bitterness, nice malt. A great IPA.
