Pours a foamy off-white head on a hazy orange body. Aroma is mostly malty and yeasty but with a strange cheesy tone. Flavor has malt, hops and spices and a bit of currant in the finish. Taste like beer with added vodka currant.....

Cloudy golden body with a persistant white head. Yeasty spicey nose with a dark touch of currant and plum. Lively light mouthfeel with a spicey flavore. Touches of belgian yeastyness and corriander, cobweb and a little currant. Finished dry. Currants could have been a bigger player in this one

Dull orange with fine white head and small bubbles. Sour citrus cream nose and some malt. Nice sparkle on the tongue with a medium weight. Flavour is sour/sweet with citrus and currant(duh) followed by a cleansing but lingering sour note. Very tasty and fun to drink

Pours a golden color with a very small head. It immediately has the aroma of fruit. The currant flavor is interesting, which makes for another unique brew by Dogfish Head....

Orangey gold color, half finger short lived head. Mildly sweet fruity aroma. Flavor was nothing special and actually a let down considering the brewer. After having my first one I was immediately thinking I should have bought the Leinies Berry Weisse instead. THAT about says it all.

Another very good brew from the Dogfish Head brewery. It pours a melange orange color with a slight hint of golden yellow. The head is non-existant, perhaps a slight hint of slithering froth, but really nothing to speak of. The aroma speaks of tiny malts, heavy fruits and a touch of hops and wheaty breadiness. The flavor is an extrancingly sweet and strong citrusy syrup combined with a peppery wooden cork bite that strangles the tongue. Strangely enough, although this beer is astringently sour and heavily sweet, i couldn’t get enough and had to drink more! Overall the carbonation level is well kept in check. Overall a bold taste, but a tad overboard on the sweetness and the citrus...somewhat hard to grasp at first, but got better as it warmed.
