May 19, 2007 Bottled. An amber beer with a thick beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of alcohol and malt - quite simple. The flavor is sweet malty again with strong notes of alcohol, and some light berry notes. Too strong on the alcohol and too simple - for me.

May 20, 2007 (Bottle 75 cl) Pours a clear, reddish amber with a small, off-white head. Sweetish, berry like notes in the aroma. Fairly full-bodied dominated by the sweet berry notes that lead to a warming, alcoholic finish. Quite delicate. 120507

May 17, 2007 Bottle @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Clear amber color with virtually none head. Aroma is tart and fruit, berries (black & blueberries). Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light to moderate acidic, light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.

Sep 16, 2007 Slight purplish accent to the dark amber colour. The aroma contains hints of yeast, blueberry, coriander and a peppery, tripelish malt backbone. Fairly sweet, only hints of blackberry and a light yeast character. Drinks lighter than its weight class. Good entry to the fruit beer category.
