Commercial Description:
A neo-lambic ale that goes through both a yeast and bacteria fermentation and is then aged on oak chips and 400 pounds of Delaware peaches. This beer is very tart and complex. It arrives cork-finished and bottled-conditioned in champagne bottles.

Pours a hazy orange color with no head. Decent aroma of tart peaches. Flavor of tart peaches with acidity and some funkyness. Light body, dusty texture, flat carbonation.

Still appearance. Cloudy golden. Oh yes, peaches those are. Light leathery yeast create an adequate pool for the earthy and juicy tartness. Not very complex globally. Just an honest American attempt at lambic, but I’d definitely have enoyed it more without the dull flat body with more watery hints than I’d wish for. Otherwise, it had pleasant peachy and wheat peaks with touches of funk coming out once warming and a vinous grapefruit reminding lingering tartness.

Pours milky orange with a small white head. Tart sourish grapefruit aroma with some sweet hints. Quite sour and grapefruity flavor with milky tones. Surprisingly good for a non-belgian lambic. Thanks Mike (Eyedrinkale) for the trade!

An unclear orange beer with a disappearing beige head. The flavor is sour like grapefruit and so is the flavor. Good for an American go at a lambic.

Pours light peach/amber with a little fizz but now real head. Aroma a slight tart peach, cinnamon, and mild barnyard. Flavor of mild peach, medium tartness, slight barnyard and cheese. A somewhat dry woody finish.

100% of non beer nerds would assume that this was some sort of wine upon tasting it. Out of a bottle. Pours a very cloudy orange color. The odor is very citrusy and sour with a light hint of peach. Very tart flavor. Actually, I didn’t instantly taste peach. Rather, at the end of my first glass I could taste the ghost of peaches in my mouth. There is almost no carbonation in this beer. A very sour tasting lambic that I enjoyed. But I’m not dying to find another bottle even though I hear this beer is pretty hard to find.
