| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | May 22, 2004 Cloudy, golden peach body with not much of a head. Smell is peachy and dry, like a bad bottle of arbor mist chard. Taste is equally horrible and unbalanced. Starts dry with soda water and bitter peach. Its as if the yeast didn’t show up for work here and the sugars just never got created. Very watery and tart. Not pleasing at all. Sampled from a 750ml bottle with my good friend Jeremy (jgb9348). 5000 (2540), Hardened Liver, Washington, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 9, 2004 Bottle pours a cloudy yellow, fully vanishing dishwater head, no lacing, virtually no carbonation, with lots of little yeasty bits floating about.   Strong smells of dried apricots.   WOW, very sour up front.   I am not getting any of that dried apricot flavor at all, but moreso some lemon/citrus on the finish.   It doesn’t seem all that complex, but it sure is "very tart".   While not fantastic, I actually really enjoyed this one.   Thanks goes out to hopsrus for the trade!

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 7, 2004 Updated: Dec 11, 2008[bottle] Pours a slightly hazy straw gold with a fluffy, effervescent white head and lots of carbonation. Extremely tart and peachy aroma. Smelled a little like champagne. Very strong and somewhat overpowering tartness up front that gives way, after catching you completely by surprise, to a sweet, peachy finish. Definitely an unusual taste but something very interesting. Not as sweet as I thought it would be after popping the cork and getting the first whiff of it. ElJefe (553), Rochester, New York, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | May 4, 2004 I have to say that I disagree with the reviews that trashed this - surprisingly enough, I actually enjoyed this brew. It poured a hazy amber color, with a very light fizzy head which quickly diminished. The aroma was tart and fruity. The flavor was VERY tart, and not very "beery" (if that is, in fact, a word). There was no bitterness at all. This is as expected from a Lambic, but I must admit I expected something a bit sweeter. However, once I got over the shock of the tartness, I found myself enjoying this one more and more. My girlfriend loves this stuff, another friend swears it nearly made him vomit. Give it a try and keep an open mind - you’ll either love it or hate it. elnadeau (786), Laguna Niguel, California, USA

I had a bottle with no carbonation. The style should have a bit of bubbles, but this was as flat as apple juice. I still enjoyed it.
Extremely tart/sour similar to a cantillon, right in line with expectations. My guess is if they do this again, they will make sure it achieves proper carbonation levels. herbjones (742), Orange, California, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 1, 2004 Looks like I’m going against the grain on this one. First the bottle opened with authority and had good carbonation. Poured a hazy light honey colored brew. Tart but not on the level of a Cantillon or Oud Beersel. Not getting much peach flavor but it was enjoyable none the less.
