From Full Throttle Bottles in Seattle, WA. It all began with a head that almost wasn’t and a body of cloudy light gold. Oh yes, I was ale to coax some sediment from the nether regions of the bottle; I hate waste! The aroma was lightly "peached", and so was the taste. Mouthfeel was about average, and the second mouthfull was better than the first. It finished a bit less bitter than the taste. For sure this is a better choice for summer drinking that manning the barbeque in mid-January! Fairly refreshing; this is my first Berliner Weisse.

[Bottle] bottled on 5/8/08. Pours a cloudy gold with a diminishing effervescent white head. Aroma is a bit funky and a little medicinal. There is some hint of tartness in there, as well as some fruit. Flavor is quite tart, fairly thin, peachy towards the end, and leaves a lasting tartness. Really nice and refreshing beer, I would love to have this around all the time.

Pours a cloudy light yellow color. Aroma is very faint, a little sweet. Taste is very tart and sweet with a bit of peach flavor. Very easy beer to drink on a hot day. I really like this one, very refreshing. Tastes much better than it smells.

Pours clear golden, with a medium white head, fine lasting lacing. Very fruity aroma of apple, citrus, peach, with some caramel and hay. Sharply sour with a medium body. Bright lemon flavor with some apple and mild peach. Some bread and citrus in the finish.

12oz bottle. A hazy light yellow pour, tart and refreshing, but I really didn’t get any peach flavor out of it.

Bottle. Pours an almost flat hazy yellow. Frankly looks like a big glass of lemonade. No head, soda-pop carbonation. Nose is nice and tart and sour, some peaches, but I doubt I would have noticed if I hadn’t been told they were there. Palate is pleasant and fresh, tart and inoffensive. Tasty and fun, I’d definitely bring this on a summer picninc, but nothing too terribly brilliant or special here.

on tap at redlight redlight. 2009 edition. i dont really get the peaches this year. maybe a little right at the finish. have looked at this bottle in the store numerous times and always passed it up due to silly label and the whole peach thing... sour and way drinkable. reviewed while listening to steely dan at work. a lot of nerds here tonight.

On tap at The Bier Stein. The girl accidentally poured this one for us. The peach was pretty good; very light and fresh, but not flavorful. Nice little beer, but nothing to write home about.
