| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 25, 2009 hazy yellow pour with minimal head. Aroma holds a very tart citrus and bready body. Flavor is lighter and less aggressive than a sour ale- starts tart, but not too astringent, and leads to a surprisingly smooth and dry finish that has a definite note of peaches. This is one of my first berliner weisses, and I’m pleasantly surprised. Not complex, but a tasty brew. noompa (130), Chicago, Illinois, USA
