Hazy light golden pour with moderate foamy white head...fading quickly. Fairly tart nose, wheat, grassy, and a hint of peach. the flavor is lightly tart, peachy, wheat grass-like...pretty refreshing and quite light on the palate. A decent enough summer refresher.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber without much of a head. Light peach, grain and malt, wheat, and a touch of fruit and honey, and even a hint of mustard. Crisp and tart, with a touch of acid and tang. Finishes dry and a bit sour with a nice champagne yeast character. Rather tasty and refreshing. Well done.

Draught at George Keely’s (NYC): This beer reminds me of rancid cat piss. Or like when you throw up a lot and that first time you swallow... Just not a fan. Tart. Sour. Puke. #031 on 27062009, DG.

Bottle. Pale straw color with a white head. Light peach, light cereal. Nice tart/peach, light wheat flavor. Medium bodied. Tart peaches linger with a bit of ceral and wheat.

hazy yellow pour with minimal head. Aroma holds a very tart citrus and bready body. Flavor is lighter and less aggressive than a sour ale- starts tart, but not too astringent, and leads to a surprisingly smooth and dry finish that has a definite note of peaches. This is one of my first berliner weisses, and I’m pleasantly surprised. Not complex, but a tasty brew.

12 oz. bottle (2009) recommended by jbean; hazy golden orange w/ a small hite head that devolves into clear bubbliness; aroma is slightly astringent and citrussy w/ hints of peach; flavor is tart and slightly sweet, w/ sour flavors underneath; watery and refreshing leading to a dry and tart end. Nicely done.

On tap at Brew Kettle. Opaque yellow/orange color with a thin white head. Aroma of wild yeast, vinegar and peaches. Sour flavor from beginning to end with lots of lemon and peach.
