Oct 31, 2009 12 oz bottle from Casanova. Very light colored, pale yellow. Very thin white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is that of champagne with some hints of peach. Very light mouthfeel with a dry, tangy citrusy flavor. Tangy fruity finish. This is definitely a very champagne-like beer.

Nose is fruity, citrus, and fairly tart for a berlinerweisse.
Taste is very bright, refreshing, peaches, lemon zest, a hint of sourness, hint of strawberry, tart, with green grapes.

Oct 24, 2009 bottle, pours a very light gold, thin white head. Apple skin and sour peach aroma. Wow does this taste great. Tart apple, kind of granny smith, with a light malt pop. High carbonation with a huge crisp mouthfeel.

Oct 23, 2009 Yellow coloured beer with a small white head and no carbonation. Sweet hoppy aroma. Full sour palate. Finish is very sour with a sweet fruity touch. Nice one.

Oct 21, 2009 12 ounce bottle purchased at the Davis Food Co-Op. Aroma is tart with some acidic notes and some barnyard funkiness. Some brett seems to be present. A little lemony aroma is also in there. Decent. Transparent pale golden body with a large, fluffy white head present. Starts with a sharp, tart lemony acidity. Becomes a little malty in the middle with some milky, doughy, biscuit flavors. A little more lemon flavor present to finish. This is actually pretty good and quite enjoyable.

Oct 18, 2009 Pours hazy pale yellow with a smallish white head. Aroma is light, tart dry fruit with some yeast and peach as well. Flavor is tart, dry, slightly metallic peach and dry grapefruit. Not bad.
