Jan 14, 2009 Poured a hazy yellow with a small fizzy head. Taste is very sour at first with lots of peach flavor. More carbonation than expected. Overall pretty good, definitely different.

Jan 11, 2009 Highly carbonated pour. Wonderful cloudy peach colored! Almost pink! I shit you not! not much aroma but you can pick up a trace of the sweetness and peaches. The flavour is outstanding lots of fizz and peach all the way! and a sourness, not like a saison or jolly pumpkin, you know like sour bread. But, more like a sour patch kid or a crybaby gumball. It truely is remakeable. DFH gets better with evry beer I have they push the boundries on almost evry brew they make. This isnt world changing but godamn if it isnt unique and enjoyable. Jan 10, 2009 Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with a small bubbly head. Aroma of malt, yeast, and a nice peach fruitiness. Taste is sharp and sweet, of peach juice and malt. Lingering sharp fruitiness. Nice carbonation. Decent.

Jan 6, 2009 Peaches are very aromatic, making this very fragrant. The flavor was not very peach-ish. Instead this was a very tart beer. I thought I would hate it but ended up having four.

Dec 31, 2008 Peaches are the only aroma component, and even that was faint. Pours very pale, large white head continually regenerated by effervescence. Flavor is tart but not so much as in some berliners, peaches are present but subdued, mild lemonzest bitterness. Pronouncedly dry mouthfeel.

Dec 25, 2008 Was given a bottle and absolutely loved it. The aroma is a fruity peachy smell, the body is light, much like many wines. While others found this sour, that was not the case for me. Great peach taste to it, not overpowering and I strongly recommend this if you want a beer that has a wine taste to it.

Dec 24, 2008 Hazy yellow/orange with large white head. Sourish aroma with citric and peachy notes. Sour and peachy flavour with yeasty notes. Sour finish.

Dec 22, 2008 As far as fruit beers go, this one is pretty tasty, but I like peaches pretty well too. Has a strong aroma of peaches, with a light lemony yellow color. Good strong peach flavor. Rather light and airy on the palate.
Good dinner beer.
