Hazy yellow coloured with a huge but fast disappearing white head.
Fruity aroma of spices, yeast and peaches.
Fruity flavour of peaches, lactic acid and spices with acidic notes.
Tart finish.

Oct 31, 2008 Hazy yellow color with a very thin head. Aroma of peach skins and a little marshmallow. Mallow continues to taste. Light tart malt and a bit of lemon. Can’t pick up much wheat. Enjoyable.

Oct 30, 2008 The aroma on this beer was indeed very sour, with some peach aroma and cereal grains. The appearance was a pale straw color, samall white head. The flavor was just like the aroma; a mixture of sourness, wheat/grain, and peaches. The sourness is overwhelming here. The finish is like a dry white wine; sour, not sweet, and no hops to speak of. I guess I just don’t appreciate this style, but I don’t like this beer at all.

Oct 27, 2008 Ridiculously foamy pour, thought I was drinking a soda instead of a beer. Super carbonated with a somewhat artificial tasting peach flavor. Too malty and sour, but not godawful for a fruit beer.

Oct 25, 2008 12 oz bottle in trade from daknole- thanks! Served in pint glass- poured entirely foamy- settled down to a semi translucent pale yellow-orange color, high carbonation, head was everywhere from the first pour- quite a show watching it settle down. Aroma of lemons, malt, corn, and weak peaches. Hits the mouth with a low-medium body, malt is there but very underlying, strange artificial peach taste comes in- mildly tart, carbonation on the tongue very noticeable in the middle, finishes like a spritzer. Don’t know if I got a bad bottle and it’s the first time with the style- more down the line...

Oct 23, 2008 I had about a case and a half of this over the summer and couldn’t get enough. Had to drive about 6 hours to get and well worth it. Very much a berliner weisse, tart, refreshing, funky and tasty. thank you dogfish once again.
