Oct 7, 2008 Bottle. Foggy, white pour with medium head. Very light aroma of wheat and peach with a touch of tartness. Upfront sour flavor, followed by some peach, citrus with an acidic bite in the finish.

Oct 3, 2008 Pours a light yellow color with minimal head. Flavors of peach and lemon, tastes more of lemon and hint of hops. Kind of disappointed in this actually, especially with it being part of the dogfish head brand.

Oct 3, 2008 Bottle courtesy of BMan1113VR. Pours a hazy yellow color with a carbonated white head. Nose is lactic, sour, unbaked bread, and the skin of white peaches. Taste is very tart and sweet with some wheat backbone and more of the white peaches. As a beer this is pleasant but as a berliner weisse it falls short because the crisp and acidic bite is missing.

Oct 1, 2008 Bottle from Liquor Max. Shared with ilovedarkbeer. Pours with a hazy yellow body with a frothy white head. Aroma is of wheat, tartness, and very faint peach. Taste is tart and a bit lactic with light, sweet peach. Lively carbonation. Not bad.

Oct 1, 2008 Pours hazy straw color. The peach smell comes through but not overly done. At first drink it was sour; like pull a sour face, sour. It seemed medium in my mouth and pretty carbonated. I guess i’ve never had this specific type of beer; so I may be suspect...

Sep 30, 2008 From bottle. Poured cloudy yellow. Small white bubbly head. Aroma of citrus, and peach. Flavor hits with sour peach. Tart. Carbonation was good. Body was medium. Dry finish. sour after taste which I liked. Easy to drink.

Sep 30, 2008 Updated: Feb 9, 200912 oz. Cloudy pear-golden with a small head that immediately fizzles away. Aroma of sourish yeast, citrus oil and light peach. Flavor is lemon juice with a hint of peach. Light body is astringent and mouth-puckering. About as complex as lemon juice with a slice of peach. Recommended pairing: This beer and Drano should work wonders on that nasty clog.

Aroma: Fruity, peach with some sour acidic notes. little if any malt aroma.
Pale gold, a bit hazy, small white head with low persistence.
Flavor: Quite sour but not vinegary, Peach flavors behind the sourness. No hops, no malt. Clean finish
Light body, medium carbonation, a bit drying in the finish.
Overall, a very nicely done Berliner weisse - quite within the style guidelines. The peach is present, but certainly takes a back seat to the sourness. Quite refreshing.
