A challenge to use peach, and all respect to Dogfish Head. Worth the challenge. Worth the try. Respect the effort. If anything, it’s a shot at something different. smetrick (18), Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, USA

Hint of fruit. This beer drinks light a brut Champagne. Low alcohol makes it a refreshing summer libation. raymow (738), Bensalem, Pennsylvania, USA

The main descriptive word that I can think of to describe this one is: fizzy. Not bad, definitely different (which is what Dogfish Head is all about, right?). Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a thin white head. Almost looks like lemonade or fuzzy navel. Aroma is peach, bread, and yeast. What a taste. Has a sour bite to it, which bits of peach, green grapes, and some breadiness. Really quite interesting and refreshingly enjoyable. Part Pinot Grigio, part fuzzy-navel. jmm635 (254), Havertown, Pennsylvania, USA

The woman from Dogfish Head said to take at least 3 sips, and I recommend that to anyone else. At first this beer has a weird, bitter taste, enough to make me want to pour it out. But as I continued it became more and more pleasant. Not sure of the cause of this, but I recommend giving it a try just to experience it for yourself. darn1207 (543), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

Turned out aight, though didn’t make any sense. A beer that tastes like a white wine. God these guys are crazy-brilliant. Tejas (695), Dallas, Texas, USA

Unfortunately, not a beer I see drinking much of. Pretty sweet/sour. Kind of like a margarita, after one or two you’re ready for a beer. Glad I finally got to try it though.
