smetrick (18), Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 9, 2008 On tap at Capone’s. A super dry blond weisse. Not nearly as yeasty as your typical wheat. Hint of fruit. This beer drinks light a brut Champagne. Low alcohol makes it a refreshing summer libation. raymow (738), Bensalem, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 8, 2008 You can definitely taste the peach. The main descriptive word that I can think of to describe this one is: fizzy. Not bad, definitely different (which is what Dogfish Head is all about, right?). Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a thin white head. Almost looks like lemonade or fuzzy navel. Aroma is peach, bread, and yeast. What a taste. Has a sour bite to it, which bits of peach, green grapes, and some breadiness. Really quite interesting and refreshingly enjoyable. Part Pinot Grigio, part fuzzy-navel. jmm635 (249), Havertown, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 7, 2008 Very intriging beer . . . I had this beer from a bottle at a small tasting. The woman from Dogfish Head said to take at least 3 sips, and I recommend that to anyone else. At first this beer has a weird, bitter taste, enough to make me want to pour it out. But as I continued it became more and more pleasant. Not sure of the cause of this, but I recommend giving it a try just to experience it for yourself. darn1207 (528), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Jul 7, 2008 12oz bottle from some random shop in manhattan. hazy yellow pour with big fluffy wihte head that disappeared quickly. peach aroma of course. light peach flavor with a pleasant fizzy texture. creamy wheat also in the taste. nice little tartness. interesting attempt. K- 7.5 CaryTheDude (1113), Longmont, Colorado, USA Jul 7, 2008 I was worried when I smelled this, then even moreso when I tasted it. Then I tasted it again. Turned out aight, though didn’t make any sense. A beer that tastes like a white wine. God these guys are crazy-brilliant. Tejas (693), Dallas, Texas, USA Jul 6, 2008 Hmmm, interesting. Refreshing and light like ice tea. Unfortunately, not a beer I see drinking much of. Pretty sweet/sour. Kind of like a margarita, after one or two you’re ready for a beer. Glad I finally got to try it though. BlackMail (55), Evergreen, Colorado, USA Jul 6, 2008 Poured slightly cloudy with a small head. Tasted great with a peach flavor. Smooth and refreshing, great on a hot day.
