| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jul 6, 2008 This reminded me a lot of a cider. Poured a cloudy golden lemonade color with a thin white head. Aroma has a little bit of beach to it, but if I didn’t know it was a peach beer I might have had a hard time placing it. Flavor is almost a prefect balance if tart and sweet with some great tart apple, stonefruit/peach flavor. Really light and refreshing. That tart kick quenches wonderfully. Very nice. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 5, 2008 Hazy golden color pour with a fizzy head that is quickly gone. Grainy, fruity, yeasty aroma. Big sour flavor on first taste, which mellows over time. Lemon, peach and apricot dominate the palate, with hints of yeast and grain. Light and refreshing. Enjoyable. oteyj (724), Canterbury, New Hampshire, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 5, 2008 12 oz bottle poured int a trappist glss. Pours hazy yellow with lively carbonated head that dissapates quite quickly. Aroma of peach, yeast and apricot. Flavor is tart and slightly acidic with some sweetness to it. Not too much in terms of flavors- fruits and yeast- peaches being most predominant. Mouthfeel is relatively watery with some prickling carbonation. Quite refreshing but not overly complex of flavorful. 502Flavors (617), Louisville, Kentucky, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jul 4, 2008 Updated: Jan 14, 200912 oz. bottle into pint glass. Pours a very light and hazy yellow with no head. Smells like a sweet lager with hints of apricot and just a faint hint of peach. Tastes like sweet water with a very slight peach tang (kind of sour apple-ish). Very light flavor. Extra light on the palate with a bit of fizzy carbonation. Overall: refreshing but weak. A non-beer drinker’s beer.
[RE-RATE] Bottle with 8 months of aging on it. Same weak color with same fizzy fast fading head. This aside, the flavor and aroma have vastly improved. It is much tarter than I remember. Not super complex but very clean and refreshing. I’m glad I have 3 more! (moved score from 2.2 to 3.5) RSRIZZO (1362), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jul 4, 2008 Aroma is a sour fruity scent. Color is a hazy pale yellow with very good carbonation but no head. Taste is sharp and fruity. Starting with a light body it goes down with a sharp feel. Finish comes in with a crisp sweetness that has a slight peach taste to it. After taste is tart and dry. This is the first Berliner Weisse I have had and after some research this is an excellent one. It tasty, refreshing, somewhat complex and it fits what a Berliner Weisse should be Rciesla (3565), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jul 3, 2008 Updated: Jul 5, 2008Pours a pale straw color with thin white fizzy head that fades quickly. Looks a lot like champagne. Aroma is bit pungent with an almost acidic smell. Also has some faint peach, light white grape. Taste is tart which peach, light berry, citrus and along with a toasted malt backbone in the finish. The palate is lightly dry and acrid but ends up finish clean as it finishes. Pretty enjoyable for a stle I don’t have a lot of experience with.
