Smells lightly of peaches and wheat.. Strong citrusy fruit blast right away. Even a little sour.. Very spritzy feel and taste. Interesting to say the least. afireinside96 (826), Mountville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Mar 3, 2008 from the look and taste of this stuff I would swear it was champagne. has a tart wheaty smell. taste is very tart and crisp with peaches being the backbone instead of the centerpiece. tons of carbonation make it feel very alive in your mouth. interesting and different, but not good enough to become an everyday drinker. | 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Mar 3, 2008 A good four inches of head on this beer. Looks more like champagne. Hazy yellow color. Sweet nose, can smell the peach. Very sweet and citrusy. Peach flavor is there but not that powerful. Could see this being enjoyable on a summer day if you like sweet beer. hoplover406 (204), Crofton, Maryland, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 1, 2008 Updated: Apr 27, 2008I’m not familiar with this style and sour/tart beers are not my thing so this was not one that I enjoyed. But I give props to DFH for this creation. I’m glad I tried it, but doubt that I’ll get it again. On the other hand if you like Gueuze and lambics or funky farmhouse ales than you should give this one a try. Gregis (1132), Shawnee, Kansas, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 28, 2008 Updated: Mar 5, 2008Pours a hazy lemonade yellow with a lot of rising bubbles and a fizzy white head that diminishes quickly to the surface. It looks a lot like a soda. The aroma is of dusty wheat with supporting notes of lightly sour citrus and faint peach. Light-bodied and super-tart, the palate features lively carbonation and a dry, sour finish. A tart blend of citrus and light peach over an effervescent, light wheat backing. It finishes fairly dry with a lingering sourness coating the tongue. This is an interesting interpretation of the style, but it’s so sweet and tart that the fruit notes overpower the subtleties of the wheat malt. It is a decent summer refresher, but considering that it’s about 20 degrees F outside, it really just leaves me craving a nice stout. Collint (455), Sylva, North Carolina, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Feb 27, 2008 12 oz mistake. Smells like sparkling drink. Looks like a cloudy decent beer. Didn’t know it had peaches until tasted. Very carbonated quality drink, not beer. I don’t think I like this, and I am defenetly not going to have it again. TikiE (360), Sylva, North Carolina, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Feb 27, 2008 This beer burns my mouth! Smells a little like urine, and kind looks like it also. The aftertaste leaves a bite that is supposed to be peaches i think, but it taste like burning throw up. Wont ever get his beer again! mephisto (1144), Taiwan
