Bottle. Thanks to Jason (kramer17801) for this one. Pours a hazy very pale yellow color with a small white head. Fruity and slightly tart aroma with some weak hints of peaches. Tart fruity peach flavor with some fruity hints. Long sour tart finish.

11/7/07 From the bottle. Aroma is sour, tart and fruity, with the peachy note lingering in the background. Appearance is clear straw with a low white head. Flavor is rough, very tart, with the peaches and grain oddly mashed together; quite sour, and not to its benefit. Mouthfeel is very spritzy and very thin, and seems highly attenuated. Overall, this is cool and complex, but the flavors are just too harsh to say it’s great.

12oz- Pours cloudy light yellow with a small white quick fading head. Aroma is faint almost wine-like. Very light taste of peach. Tart and refreshing. Good Summer beer.

12 oz. bottle. Very light floral aroma. Hazy pale gold color with a decent white head. Peach is detectable as the glass approaches the lips. Starts slightly sour, with light peach flavor that gets stronger as the fizzy carbonation goes away. The body is probably thin, but the carbonation makes it difficult to say. It’s very dry at the finish, and the mild sour could well be a citrus presence. There is absolutely no bitter, and the peach does last awhile. Quite different and delicious.

yellow with no head, delicate floral citrus nose, delightfuly thin and sparkling mouthfeel, ever so slight peach tinge to the flavor, not candy coated or over powering, natural, earthy, refreshing

12 oz bottle. Pours a yellow cloudy grapefruit color, no real defining nose, hints of wheat, lemon and peach. Very acidic reminds me of a Flemish sour almost even though I am not familiar with this style. Carbonated with a medium white head a pretty strong after taste.

Bottle. Pours a hazy light golden color with a big white head. Aroma of lemon, hops and light peach. The flavor is mild and tart. The taste is of unripe peaches, a touch of lemon and a hint of semi sweet malt. Nicely balanced with a dry crisp finish.

Bottle sampled. Pours a hazy orange with a big fluffy white head. Aroma is sweet with peaches, citrus, and wheat. Flavor is quite sour and tart with peaches, lemon, wheat, and has a crisp tart finish
