drowland (1360), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Aug 11, 2009 12oz bottle into a pint glass. Pours slightly cloudy yellow with a bright white head that’s thick but also bubbly. The aroma is sweet, sour, and champagne with a touch of grape. The flavor is immediately sour then follows with some malt and a hint of yeast, all of which is quite nice. A nice drink leaves the mouth feeling dry and aching for more. I suppose the common complaint is that it’s not all that peachy, but who cares?! grebs (71), Ohio, USA Aug 10, 2009 Highly underrated beer. I can understand why people don’t like it but I think it is a gem from DFH, as usual. Unique style that puts many off. On first taste I wasn’t sure what to think but the tartness and overall peculiarity of this beer won me over. I’ll be sad when it is rotated out. wcampbell (572), Central, South Carolina, USA Aug 9, 2009 Hopefully I had a bad bottle. This was by far the worst thing I have had from DFH. Tastes like sour peaches. Fizzy carbonation and ridiculously light bodied. Undrinkable. Bonster (81), Jersey Shore, New Jersey, USA Aug 9, 2009 12 oz bottle. Very unique. It was too sour for me to have more than 3 or so. More fruity than I expected. Not my cup of tea so to speak but overall not bad. pumpmaster (474), Pembroke Pines, Florida, USA Aug 9, 2009 12 ounce bottle purchased at Total Wine Pembroke Pines, FL for $2.49 Very good! Cole (266), , Alberta, Canada Aug 8, 2009 Pours hazy straw colour with a very small head.Aroma is very fresh notes of wheat malt and banana. The flavour is......... well very unique. It is very very sour like a juice concentrate. It has kind of a cool flavour but its too sour to be palatable.. I’m glad I only had one. alagnak (296), Littleton, Colorado, USA Aug 5, 2009 Aroma is peaches and sugar with hints of yeast. Taste is heavy on the peach and a litle grainy lemon. Quickly fades into a tart apple/white grape finish that is crisp and quickly gone. The tartness puckers the first sip or two, but quickly mellows and the last half glass is sublimely balanced tarness/fruitiness/dryness. Really nice. MmmcKay (269), Brentwood, Tennessee, USA Aug 4, 2009 Sampled at Music City Brewers Festival. I gotta start out by saying that this beer is not my style. The lactic acid with sour flavors are up front and the backbone of this brew. Very light carbonation. Tart and tangy. Reminds me sweet tarts which I’ve never liked. Grapefruit as well. Acid is huge in this beer. Cool not my style but I can appreciate it.
