Soft aromas of powdered peach, with hints of lemon and wheat. Lightly tart peach flavor throughout with backing notes of lemon and touches of earthy nuttiness. Light bodied (perfect for the style), medium carbonation, soft fruity finish. A very well done summer thirst quencher. So when can we bring Festina Lente back? Loved that version as well... Decent peach aroma, but rather unbalanced peach flavor, though nicely tart. StewardofGondor (1934), Washington Heights - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 19, 2007 Translucent and pale buffered gold in color with rapid sand storms rising from the bottom to fuel a velvety white head. Aroma adheres to fresh, doughy pastries with mandarins and lemon chiffon accents hinting at a peach cobbler characteristic. A smidgeon of lemony, cotton like cleanser comes through the Splenda-esque peach yogurt nose. Flavor grants us a sour, peachy vanilla watermelon trait. Cleansing to the palate. Separated biscuit layers conjure the bakery intonations, along with a peach crepe coming apart into two camps: one of flaky crescent toppings, the other one of bakers dough with fruit sauce. Effervescent and medium bodied, fairly delightful to toss around the mouth, finishing with a tart lemon rosemary marmalade jam upon a peach cranberry bread. ABUSEDGOAT (1934), California, USA

Aroma is grass, lighter fruits, sweet and tart peaches, some wheat. Light body, sweet tart finish. Sorta came off like a blonde ale with peaches added. tronraner (1932), Seymour, Tennessee, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 7, 2007 12 oz bottle. Pours cloudy gold with white head. The aroma is earth, fruit, socks, and bready yeast. The flavor is tart at first, with some zest and subtle peach. The middle gets very prickly and refreshing, which leads to an acidic finish with a big yeasty presence. Pretty refreshing; I think I’ve decided that I like it. altonbrownd (1930), Amsterdam, Netherlands

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 18, 2007 Light yellow in color with an ok head somewhat cloudy as well. Not too much smell but slightly fruity. Sour taste, but low carbonation. The peach works but is a little different than I thought it would be.
