Aroma is a prickly tang of Indian coconut yogurt and fresh ceviche. A little subdued but with light twists of lime and cranberry. Pours a percolating broad bubbled clouded lemon yellow. Rocky head of sparse white. Flavor comes across as a fresh, popping lactic tang on wheat, with a delightful switch in the apricot nectar quality of the fruit. That rides out the backend for a nice ride. It could use much more acidity, body and umph. But the refreshing dry sparkling quality makes it dangerously quaffable. Somehow, edges of corner DMS and corn reek in a nip, drawing it down a touch. Finishes out on nectarine stones. nearbeer (1849), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA

Aroma of sourish yeast, citrus oil and light peach. Flavor is lemon juice with a hint of peach. Light body is astringent and mouth-puckering. About as complex as lemon juice with a slice of peach. Recommended pairing: This beer and Drano should work wonders on that nasty clog. LinusStick (1847), Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 18/20 | Jun 26, 2007 I thought this was a peach fruit beer when I first poured it. Imagine my suprise after the first sip! On looking it up I am pleased to see I have just tried my first Berliner Weisse! Faint sour aroma. Pour was a cloudy murky dark yellow with no head. Taste was phenomenal. Sour and tart with hints of wheat and good carbonation. I tasted no peaches which is great because I hate them. I will buy a lot more of these to give to non craft beer drinkers to show how crazy and different beer can be. Awesome! thegreenrooster (1842), St.louis, Missouri, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 27, 2007 Pour is a lemon juice lookalike with a large white head. Aroma was nothing at first but then the peach finally hit me. Flavor is super sour with some peach and lemon juice. I kept saying "interesting" as i was drinking this. Refreshing but one is plenty in a night. Dorwart (1822), Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 28, 2007 Thin bright white head of fine bubbles. Light grassy aroma with maybe a hint of peach. Some hops presence with a little bit of citrus. Color is a light clear gold. Wow, succulent flavor. Some sourness and tartness but not enough to make you pucker. Totally makes your mouth salivate though and beg for more. Light flavor with more grassy flavors and more peach presence. Light crisp and refreshing. Finiishes clean and dry. Lingering dry tart peachyness. Very good. Not sure how much of this I can drink before it becomes tooo dry and hard to swallow. Either that or when I can’t produce any more saliva because I have used it all up. Schroppfy (1813), Ohio, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 4, 2007 Two bottles in trade; one in the I’m Not Worthy pack from willblake and the other from generous jasonmech77. I was on the lookout for saccharine, for unnatural fruit, but I didn’t get it. Instead I got a highly drinkable peach beer with genuine lactic components, insanely refreshing, light but with enough body to keep your mouth interested. Aroma of peaches, tart wet hay. A good beer for sure. First DFH beer I have liked in probably 2 years! YourDarkLord (1800), Urbana, Illinois, USA
| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jul 23, 2007 Hazy cider-like body beneath a puny white head. Little peach in the nose. More lemon, yeast, wheat, and the air upon emptying a vacuum cleaner bag. Medoum body and fizzy. Acrid to the tongue. Unpleasant beer. illinismitty (1799), Nashville, Tennessee, USA

Pours a pale, hazy golden with a white head. The weird aroma is strong, but I could not decide if it was an enjoyable one, thus it gets a 6. The best way I can describe the aroma is a blend of fermenting peaches, sweaty socks, and Belgian funky yeast. Medium-light mouthfeel with a watery texture. Flavor of pale wheat malts and peaches quickly transitions to an acidic and candy tart finish. This tastes “watered down," even for a Berliner Wiesse. Perhaps I need to try this again.
