Aug 15, 2007 Bottle. Cloudy wit-like yellow body. Acidic wheat and peach aroma with a very refreshing dry, tart wheat flavor with just a nuance of peach - nothing overbearing. Very quaffable, refreshing stuff.

Jul 11, 2007 Dusty pale yellow pour with a large white head. Nose is gentle with citrus and wheat, even a little peach. The flavor is where the fruitiness begins to shine. Peach, citrus, and tropical fruit sensations. Sweet and tart with a little dry pucker feeling. Enjoyable. Thanks Slob!

Tart/lemon sharp peach flavours .. extremely clean, like an eraser ... . so much fun to drink, made me jump in the air! .. .Parmaganoooo!!! .. .. good bisque! .. ..3/26/09 ..last beer of the session..reminds me of kemah..

Jul 16, 2007 Bottle. Pours out a pale yellow color with a decent sized white head on it. Smell has a hint of peach, but not near what I was expecting. Taste is fruity and slightly tart. Interesting take, but there isnt much for me to write about. Perhaps I will add to the review as I continue to drink this 4 pack and the other 4 pack I will be getting in the next week. As always, dogfish puts a twist on something.

Oct 11, 2007 Hazy straw colour with minimal head. Looks thick. Lots of lemon citrus and light peach. Slight barn smell. Dry and acidic with lots of citrus flavour. Sour candy flavours come out more and more as it goes down.

Aug 23, 2007 Pours a hazy straw yellow color with a quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is musty, tart fruit, and a hint of citrus. Flavor is some peach, some tartness, with a dry semi sweet finish.

2007 Vintage
12 oz bottle courtesy of bvc. Bottled 05 05 2008. Pour is cloudy yellow white - 4 inch pure white head. Bubbly and frothy head. Aroma tart citrus wheat. Some earthiness and funk, but more fresh smelling. Taste is dry, sour peach and wheat. I liked this just as much as last time. Very refreshing. (7,4,8,3,16 - 3.8)

12 oz purchased from Capone’s in Norristown, PA, bottled in 2006. Pour is hazy white golden with a billowing pure white head. Head falls pretty fast. Initial aroma is a little skunky. After it opens up a bit, aroma is grainy, wheaty and pretty funky. Some real nice earthiness going on. Taste is very tart and acidic. Really easy drinking body, not light really, but certainly at that end of the spectrum. The finish is crisp, tart and has a return of the yeasty funkiness. Nice one, crisp, tart, funky and very refreshing. (8,4,7,3,16 - 3.8)

Jan 5, 2008 12oz Bottle pours out a light gold with a very small head. The head is gone in a moment. A light fruit aroma. Tast is very tart and dry. This is my first of this style not to bad I guess. This brew was not what i was thinking it would be.
