Pours a very pale milky straw with decent white head. Nose does not prepare you for how tart the flavor is. Semilar to lemonade with peach notes. Tartness is a bit overwhelming. Very puckering and refreshing. MrManning (1648), London, Ontario, Canada
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 6, 2008 Bottle courtesy of MDS- Thanks Mike! Decants hazy, cloudy yellow with a generous frothy white cap, with good sediment at the bottom of the glass. The aroma is heavily yeasty with sour lemons/limes and grapefruit and a barnyard/wet blanket sort of profile and a smidgen of apricot. The taste is full on tart yeasty peaches with white grapes, hay and a sour funk. Finishes astringent, puckering , bitter and tart, creamy yet dry. Low in alcohol and as a result, I could drink a lot of this. Excellent. Thanks Mike! Marsiblursi (1643), Göteborg, Sweden
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Sep 13, 2007 (Bottle) Pours a yellow, oak-ish, white wine colour. Aroma is grapey, light fruity and has some light tone of peach. Undertones of citrus, mostly lemon. Flavour of grapes, citrus, apples and unripe peach along with notes of wheat. Vinous undertones of sour white wine. Tart and dry mouthfeel. Light to medium body. The Dogfish Head brewery are sometimes more interesting with there smaller, more subtle beers than there bigger, have it all beers. I like this. GG (1640), NorCal, California, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 16, 2009 Finally, after many months of longing for this beer, my guy at Perry’s carries it so I scooped up a sixer. Very refreshing, bright flavors with a assertive tartness that is quite quenching. The body is a cloudy light orange color, with a light fluffy white head. Subtle carbonation present. Aroma is light wheat with just a hint of sweetness. Flavor is crackling with tartness, and that’s the note that is most prononced. Very soft peach (almost like under-ripe peaches) with a jaw clenching finish. Mouthfeel is prickly and lively. Kudos to DFH. jason (1621), Easton, Pennsylvania, USA

Pours a cloudy pale yellow body with thin head. Sweet sour apple aroma - grapes, light citrus. Taste is slightly sour, light granny smith apple, light citrus - fruity. Sweet tart flavor - reminded me of the "smarties" candy. Can taste a little of that peach syrupy taste that you get from cans of peaches. Enjoyable. Very impressed this came from Dogfish Head. Look forward to seeing these bottles on the shelves.
