Just an average offering from DFH, although there was nothing really wrong with this beer, it just wasn’t up to the standard that DFH has set, hazy golden color with a subtle white head, left a nice lacing around the glass, very sweet & fruity nose, the body was very overpowering with a very sweet & tart flavor, had a bit of a green hue to the color as well, the best characteristic of this beer was that it is a big thirst quencher, this would be great after a little yard work or sitting on the beach all day with no refreshment, just an average beer from DFH

Milky yellow with soap sudsy head. Aroma of grassy hops, peach. Kind of earthy. Wow, this is tart! Flavor is very sour and overpowering with mild sweetness on the back end. A touch watery and astringent.

Bottle pours a hazy light beige/yellow witha fizzy white head. Light malty aroma with some orange zest and wheat malt. Flavor is tart and the fruit is not obviously peach. Dry and quite tart. Clean quick dry finish. Thanks Jake65 for this one.

Bottle. Pale straw colored body sits underneath a somewhat fizzy head that started a little over one finger high. Aromas are of champagne, peach, a little bit of a tart gueze like scent too. Flavor is remarkably tart with a touch of peach flavoring that comes and goes as the tastes develop. Every now and again there is a sour wheat presence. I really liked this... unlike anything I’ve had up to this point.

draft @ papago...color of cheap canned pineapple juice. aromas of wheat, lemon and tin. flavor...quite odd. wheat and unripe or sour apricot and watered down lemon juice. it has almost no sweetness to balance out the tart. i don’t get any sticky sweetness other raters have mentioned...but i would like to try it from a bottle in a year or so...

tap at tenaya creek... tastes like sour peach water and grass. it leaves a lactic phlegm in the throat. again, meh. 5/3/5/3/14/3.0

Pours a cloudy light straw color with a thin white head. Light peach/apricot aromas with mild acidic background. Light effervescent palate. Taste starts with a decent sour tang and the middle and finish are more fruity with the sourness fading out a little but still present. Maybe a little thin, but refreshing in the heat.

(11/13/08) Draught at Capones Restaurant in Norristown. Hazy pale yellow-golden color with a small white head. Aroma of peaches, some wheat, lactic acid and hints of citrus. Tart flavor with some peaches, yogurt, some funk and some lemony notes. Medium-bodied. Tasty and refreshing.

Bottle. Pours a light golden color, no head, very carbonated. Aroma of nice, light peach, light fruits, very sweet and inviting. Flavor of tart, sweet peaches. Spritzy. Lots of tartness, sourness and acidity. Some yogurt in the finish. A little hard to drink with all the acidity. Not as light or peachy as the Festina Lente, but still a nice drink. I hope to try this again alongside some nice grilled chicken.
