aroma is VERY VERY slight peach, and some sour funk. flavour is tart, and slightly sour with a touch of sweetness, and i wouldn’t say its peach. I"m getting a mealy, grainy aftertaste. This is more of a sour wattery german hefe. Its decent and drinkable, but i’m not getting any peach at all adrian910ss (1435), philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 8, 2007 Pours a hazy white yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of sour lemon, green apples and faint wheat. Taste is sour and slightly tart, sort of like smarties candy, with lemon and unripe peach flavor. Very small hint of peach. Not what I was expecting. OldGrowth (1433), North Carolina, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 1, 2007 bottle, from Cary Wholefoods. Ok aroma. Mainly corn & wheat. Little funk about it. Kind of stinky. Cloudy yellowy gold color, small to no head, little ring actually. Tart flavor, better than aroma, some of the peach is detectable. Wheat too. Medium body, smooth mouthfeel, tart dry finish. Eh, not much here to excite meFlavor was good and I did like how there was a significant difference between the aroma & flavor. | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 11, 2009 12oz bottle into a pint glass. Pours slightly cloudy yellow with a bright white head that’s thick but also bubbly. The aroma is sweet, sour, and champagne with a touch of grape. The flavor is immediately sour then follows with some malt and a hint of yeast, all of which is quite nice. A nice drink leaves the mouth feeling dry and aching for more. I suppose the common complaint is that it’s not all that peachy, but who cares?! nqualls (1428), Nashville, Tennessee, USA

This beer poured a light gold color with little head and little lacing. Aroma is, you guessed it, peach. Not too heavy though. Taste was crisp and tart. This beer is definately a summer staple in my fridge. Great Dogfish brew. fredandboboflo (1417), East Setauket, New York, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 28, 2008 Bottle, bottled on 4/28/08. Aroma of sourish wheat, light peach-ish scent in background. Flavor becomes more intensely fleshy peach, stronger sour/tart notes exhibited as well. At first seemed a little light/watery, but as I went through the glass, became simple more and more deliciously refreshing. Fairly dry, but not to the bone. For a beer that’s not overly complex, still somehow kept growing on me and making me want more and more. Good stuff. SuzyGreenberg (1408), Seattle, Washington, USA

Sorry Sam, I love DFH beers in general but this wasn’t one of my favorites. Golden color with a fizzy white head. Light, tart aroma with lemon and peach. Flavor fairly sour with lemon, peach, and unripe white grapes. Crisp, dry, and light - true to the style but not the best example I’ve had.
