bottle. golden pour with a hazy orange hugh. almost no head. Weisse aroma with fresh peaches. light and crisp. peaches are up front and lasting. tart in the middle.

12oz. bottle. Cloudy yellow/straw color with a small white head. Aroma of wheat malt, mild peach and a bit of grassiness. Flavor of the peach is again very mild, almost a cross between a peach and a lemon. Light lactic sourness makes this beer quite refreshing, but also tastes a wee bit like vomit. Luckily it is not there in the aftertaste. Overall, it is enjoyable, but a bit disappointing.

Yeah, another drain pour from DFH. One sip and that ended up in the sink. Low character alert my ass

Bottle. Pours hazy corn yellow, white head. Aroma is hops, grass, wheat, banana. Flavor is slightly sour fruit, wheat, grass. I can’t detect any peach.

wow, really a berliner weisse? i would have pegged this for a fruit beer since the peach and lemon were overpowering. my notes read "funky peach, lemon, wheat, clove, and ginger, with some funky cheese and yeast" opaque yellow-orange color with white head.

White head and a hazy body, tart aroma with some light funkiness. The flavor is not deeply sour, just tart, lemon and of course the peach flavors, no residual peach sweetness, the funkiness coming through with a kind of sour musty flavor. It goes down smooth, not enough sour blast to be mouth-puckering, but not at all bad.

This is a fairly reasonable warm day beer, though not one I’d be likely to visit frequently.

On tap at Redlight Redlight. This beer pours a clearish hazy yellow and has an aroma of tart peaches with some citrus mixed in. This year the beer is remarkably refreshing and bolder than last year. It is pretty good, similar to a good wheat beer.

Bottle from South Bay Drugs: Poured a glowing yellow hue with tons of floating chunks of yeast and a tiny fizzy head is a brief summary on the view. The nose is grassy with a confusing scent of either hay or really plain hop. The flavor is extremely tart and sour with a shocking flavor just like an unripe grapefruit. I didn’t notice any peach in this beer and think it needed to be rounded out with some sweetness or more peach in order for me to like it one bit.
