Put the bottles in some ice to get cold. Aroma is peach and citrus (lemon). Taste is sweet but not like a fruit beer, more constrained with some tartiness. This beer was very smooth and refreshing. | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Jun 29, 2007 Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with a small but lasting whit head that leaves some lacing. Aroma is acidic with light notes of lemon, grapefruit, and peaches. Taste is the same as aroma with a wonderfull tartness and a mild barnyard character. The peaches start to stand out as the beer warms. Medium thin mouthfeel that finishes tart and dry. Another wonderfull offering from Dogfish Head MrBendo (1043), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 9, 2007 Bottle. Cloudy straw color. Aroma is un-funky sour with wheat, light malt and peaches. Doesn’t taste unlike the berliner weisses that I’ve tried thus far. But it definitely walks the border in being called a fruit beer. Peach really picks up in the taste. The ultimate Summer cooler. pintsize (1042), Austin, Texas, USA

Almost cloudy like apple juice. No head, no movement. Smells like toast - or eggo waffles. Very tart up front, but fades quickly. Quite citrisy on the palate and a tiny bit dry. Uniquely acidic. Sweet and doughy smell as it warms. Very bubbly on the tongue and leaves a lemony tart aftertaste. Peach flavor left on the tongue. Tartness happens but it disappears quickly. I have to give this extra 2 points overall for the uniqueness of it. bfeldmann (1042), Wilmington, Delaware, USA

Peach and orange aroma with a light sour hint and touch of wheat. Lightly sour and tart flavor with various light fruit (peach, cherry, orange). The grain/wheat is secondary to the other flavors. Tart semi-dry body. This is a great quenching brew. Hope they make it every year. haddon90 (1036), Alexandria, Virginia, USA
