Appearance: Gold with a large white head. Aroma: wheat with a hint of fruit. Flavor: sweet wheat... slightly fruity. Not what I was expecting at all. =(

bottle, pours a very light gold, thin white head. Apple skin and sour peach aroma. Wow does this taste great. Tart apple, kind of granny smith, with a light malt pop. High carbonation with a huge crisp mouthfeel.

Pours cloudy golden yellow with a white head that disappears almost immediately. Wheat aroma. Flavor starts sour and finishes with a mild wheat taste. There was a slight citrus flavor but I was expecting much more peach, there was hardly any. It was still a pretty good beer that was interesting to drink. I would like to try more of this style.

Pours a pale straw color with thin white fizzy head that fades quickly. Looks a lot like champagne. Aroma is bit pungent with an almost acidic smell. Also has some faint peach, light white grape. Taste is tart which peach, light berry, citrus and along with a toasted malt backbone in the finish. The palate is lightly dry and acrid but ends up finish clean as it finishes. Pretty enjoyable for a stle I don’t have a lot of experience with.

Pours a very hazy, very pale, very yellow color with a very mall heady that is very fizzy, and goes away very quickly. Aroma is faint, but I really like what is there, plenty of fruit and yeast, some lemon rind. I love the flavor of this, slightly bready and yeasty, with a dominant sourness, the peach doesn’t get in the way of the other flavors one bit, it is very balanced in the mix but certainly noticeable lending a nice fruitiness, overall this is very tart and very refreshing. There are plenty of little bubbles which make the tartness really come alive on the tongue, and the palate is particularly full for a Berliner Weisse, or really any beer sitting under 5% abv. I enjoy this quite a bit.

Bottle. Thanks to turdferguson for throwing this into a trade way back when. The white head is big and almost silky. Faint peach and funk aroma. Flavor’s light, funky, fruity. It’s a unique taste that won’t appeal to everyone. I’m intrigued, but does it taste good? Can’t make up my mind. Feels lively but a bit thin, not quite watery. Somehow manages to be both watery and dry. Unique, interesting, refreshing. Delicious? I guess not.

Draft. Pours a hazy straw/melon yellow. White peach with an astringent layer. The peach flavors are nice but not really integrated into the beer.

Okay, I must be missing something. I thought this was awful. Peachy bath water. I couldn’t finish it. I guess I don’t have the sophisticated taste buds of the other rankers.
