The white head is big and almost silky. Faint peach and funk aroma. Flavor’s light, funky, fruity. It’s a unique taste that won’t appeal to everyone. I’m intrigued, but does it taste good? Can’t make up my mind. Feels lively but a bit thin, not quite watery. Somehow manages to be both watery and dry. Unique, interesting, refreshing. Delicious? I guess not. I couldn’t finish it. I guess I don’t have the sophisticated taste buds of the other rankers. TampaBrew (907), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 7, 2009 Nose is lactic sour, peach, oranges, lemon zest. Flavor is a nice clean lactic sourness, clean crisp malt, clean citrus zest. Real clean beer, not bad. rmussman (906), California, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Mar 20, 2009 Hmmm. Not really good honestly. It does have a nice peach taste, but its not really something that is enjoyable. Hardly even a beer really, and not a good weisse. Worth a try, but not worth the price. bubbleflubber (903), Collinsville, Virginia, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jul 15, 2007 Not a bad offering according to style. A Berliner Weisse is usually quite sour and served with a syrup to balance the drink. This has been brewed to conventional tradition and recipe, and in lieu of syrup, peaches have been added to contrast the sour notes. This pours hazy straw into the glass, with an initial 2-finger head, diminishing to a ring with trace lace. Grainy nose, with the slightest of skunk. The flavors are light, dry and sour... a Pinot Grigio in beer form is a very good comparative. Very, very unripened peaches are felt (within the sours) as effervescence. Slight wheat shows up in the mid-palate, ever-so-light and just before the sours. Sours continue into the finish, and cleanse the palate of heavy foods, especially those that contain poignant flavors. The mouthfeel is light, sharp and zesty, and makes for a nice stylistic representation. Barrios (899), Nashville, Tennessee, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 12, 2009 Pours an eggshell white head that lasts as a ring and has legs. Body is hazy golden. Smells of farmhouse sour. Flavor is sour, lemon zest, some dried apricot and peach flavors. Finish is sour. Produces lots of saliva. Refreshing. Jine (896), Nutley, New Jersey, USA

However, apparently this was fermented with peaches? I didn’t detect any. Still a good b-weisse Taverner (892), San Ramon, California, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jun 22, 2008 Very sour, but not delivering on this sourness. Not much peach, but aroma is dogfood. Flavor is a sour flavor with not much delivery on the end.
