| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 9, 2007 12 oz. bottle. Very light floral aroma. Hazy pale gold color with a decent white head. Peach is detectable as the glass approaches the lips. Starts slightly sour, with light peach flavor that gets stronger as the fizzy carbonation goes away. The body is probably thin, but the carbonation makes it difficult to say. It’s very dry at the finish, and the mild sour could well be a citrus presence. There is absolutely no bitter, and the peach does last awhile. Quite different and delicious. heemer77 (4311), Savannah, Missouri, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 19, 2008 Clear pale yellow that tuns hazy with the yeast shot. Bight white head on top. The aroma is lightly sour and smells amazingly like fresh peaches. There is also some biscuit character. The taste has a very tart taste of lemon juice with some metal in the finish. I could not taste the peaches. There is some baking soda to the sour finish. I find this a little one dimensional in the flavor department, but it is light and palate cleansing. tiggmtl (4311), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 3, 2009 Sweet peaches, lemons and tart wheat in the nose. Opaque yellow gold body is topped by a shy white head that recedes to a partial cover. Very tart and dry flavour up front with some citrus notes and lingering fruity sweetness in the finish. Dry medium body with very strong carbonation that prickles the tongue. Tulip glass. Cellar temperature. Bottle purchased at Brewery Creek in Jul-09. BBB63 (4271), La Porte, Indiana, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 19, 2007 Bottle carefully poured in my Hoegaarden tumbler so it is mostly clean straw hued with a fading fizzy head and zip for lace. The aroma has a nice wheaty and grainy tone along with moderate acidity, rose hips and almost no hint of peach. The taste is where this stands out with a crisp sour lemon-like acidic overtone supported by mild grains. Once again, if there were any peach additions you can’t find them under the layer of sour tartness. For me this is a GOOD THING for I am not a fan of most peach beers. The finish is dry and most clean minus the mouth watering that is caused by the acidity. The mouth feel is sprite and tingly. A above average summer refresher but you need to dig the sour stuff to really enjoy this. WOW, a newer DFH beer I found worthy of another bottle. cgarvieuk (4214), Edinburgh, Scotland

Pours a hazy burnt golden straw brew with a fizzy thin white head that dissipates to a thin ring. Aroma of candi sugar, golden grain malt, some tropical fruit, lemon zest, and a touch of peach. Taste is slightly tart, medium bodied, plenty of carbonation with some flavors of sugar, golden grain malt, some peach, lemon juice and a touch of tart apple. Finish is slightly dry with some tart character. goldtwins (4084), Nesconset, New York, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 30, 2007 Tap pour. Poured a murky yellow with a fair amount of sediment. The aroma had a light tartness but not as much as I was expecting. The peach was very light. The flavor was again much lighter on the tartness than I expected. The fruit was very light. I don’t know if I could have picked it out as peach if I didn’t know but I thought the flavor was nice and the beer was refreshing. Ughsmash (4077), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 10, 2007 Bottled. Poured a hazy, paler yellow with not much sticking around head-wise. The aroma picked up sweet and tart peaches and light wheaty notes.. rather on the simple side, but quite enjoyable. The flavor found tart vinegar and peachy notes on the tip of the tongue with lemon and vinegar zest riding through the finish.. very tasty! Lighter-bodied and super-refreshing on the palate with a tart finish. Nice one!
