12 ounce bottle purchased at the Davis Food Co-Op. Aroma is tart with some acidic notes and some barnyard funkiness. Some brett seems to be present. A little lemony aroma is also in there. Decent. Transparent pale golden body with a large, fluffy white head present. Starts with a sharp, tart lemony acidity. Becomes a little malty in the middle with some milky, doughy, biscuit flavors. A little more lemon flavor present to finish. This is actually pretty good and quite enjoyable.

Pours a clear, light gold with a thin whispy head. Subtle peach aroma. A sour/tart flavor jumps out, definitely a Berliner. Subtle peach flavor too. Light body, crisp finish. Nice peach Berliner.

Bottle from a 4-pack. Pours a very hazy straw yellow with a rapidly vanishing, effervescent head. Aroma is sweaty and a little cheesy, and no hint of peaches for me. Palate is light and finely carbonated, with a sour-funk and yeast backbone, light straw-like malts, and just the faintest hint of sour peaches. The finish is quick and very dry, and quite tart. I haven’t had many Berliner weisse beers, but this is comparable to the one or two others I’ve had. Kind of like a light sour ale and geuze combo.

Bright yellow pour, white head fades quickly. Moderate carbonation. Very light body. Aroma: Smells of peach mostly, with some citrus, apricot, as well. Taste: very very tart. Sour in an uninteresting fashion... not to my liking, anyway. Aftertaste: just what sour is left on the tongue. Very clean. If I buy again it will be with intention of cooking with.

A: Very light cloudy yellow in color with a small head rimming the glass. S: Yeasty peach at the nose. Mild yet nice. T: I like it a lot. Wow this would quench ones thirst on a hot Florida afternoon. They call it Peche, but it has the taste of apricots. tart, funky, apricots, like you would get dried in a package. The good news is I love dried apricots. Yummy! M: Light and bubbly. This one is carbonated and dances around in my belly.

Bottle. Poured a hazy gold with a thin white head. Aroma had notes of citrus hops and sweet peaches. Flavor was a combination of the peaches and the citrus hops, but for me it never really balanced out.

From a 12 oz bottle this poured a clear rich gold with a small white head that had short duration . The nose is peach and citrus. The body is light and the mouthfeel is fairly lively yet smooth. The flavor is on the tart side with peach, citrus, and some fruit like green grapes, The finish is dry and tart Interesting and enjoyable brew.

White/yellow hazy color. Feather white head. Horse blanket nose, bit of Bret. Super tart acidic bite followed by a bit of sweetness then finishes clean. Palate is quite light.

Acidic and a bit tart which is partially rounded out by the peaches. Does not look or smell special. Their comparison to pinot grigio is pretty close. Dry, champagne like feel / aftertaste. An odd brew but worth a taste. My first Berliner Weisse, quite different than a sour. Still on the fence about this one. Kudos to dogfish head for brewing up such a rare style.
