But now this is my standard summer brew, it might be the most refreshing drink I know. kyoutz (6), Towson, Maryland, USA does not count | 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 7, 2007 Enjoyed from Bottle. Citrus flavors abound, and obviously quite a lot of peach. Also, hints of tarragon and vinegar. Love it or hate it... I love it. doubleo (1121), San Diego, California, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Dec 26, 2007 Pours a pale yellow with a thin white head that hangs around for a while. Smells of citrus. Tastes of bitter citrus with a slight finish of the sour peach. Palate is thin, crisp, well carbonated
Odviously this is a fruit flavored beer you could drink all night and it’s low alcohol. gueuzeisgod (109), Graham, North Carolina, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | May 27, 2008 Bottle, fully chilled. Pours with very little carbonation, poured vigorously and had a hard time creating any froth at all. Smells chalky and acidic- both lactic and ascorbic. Tastes of medium acidity- of course I am used to geuze so this may seem puckering to some people- very attenuated body, thin, lemon zesty, lightly bready. Very quenching and delicious. Closely follows the Berliner Weisse style. The peach is subdued, which is nice in this beer to keep it background- finesses the overall flavor. I like lambics though and having a fully fruited lambic style version of this would be nice too- but only if staying far away from the cloying sweetness that some lambics have. Very nice job for an american brewery- I just wish there were a place on this continent with naturally occurring yeast and bacteria like in the senne valley so that we could create even more dynamic lambics and sours here. m4rest88 (216), Beverly Hills, California, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Jun 18, 2009 Pours with a golden hue with a fluffy white head that is mostly diminishing.
Aroma is very yeasty, spicy, lots of citrus, and has a lot of pineapple in the nose.
Flavor is watery in the beginning, with a sour, tart, peach, and citrus ending.
Medium mouthfeel with lively carbonation.
A suprisingly good brew! Adam77 (409), Eastampton, New Jersey, USA
