Jun 5, 2008 On tap at Redlight Redlight. This beer pours a clearish hazy yellow and has an aroma of tart peaches with some citrus mixed in. This year the beer is remarkably refreshing and bolder than last year. It is pretty good, similar to a good wheat beer.

Aug 12, 2008 Sample at BCTC. Poured from a pitcher full of fresh peaches, so I’m not sure how much it affected the taste, but it was really good! Peachy throughout with hints of wheat on the nose. Very clean taste/finish. Would drink again.

Mar 7, 2008 Smells of sour peach, some notes of wheat. Very carbonated, almost like champagne. Very sour peach flavor, like it smells. Would be very refreshing on a hot summer day.

Dec 12, 2007 Pours with a really nice white head over a slightly hazy straw-golden body. Aroma of peaches. Simple and pure. Puckering sourness is a pleasant surprise. Flavor only whispers of peach. Clean finish. This is a style I am not yet accustomed to--I like it so far. Soft mouthfeel. Refreshing yet challenging at the same time. Good stuff.

Jul 9, 2008 Bottle courtesy of GMCC2181. Pours a hazy yellow with a quickly dissipating white head. Nose is mild peach and a bit of sour funk. Taste is peach at first but quickly moves to a sour citrusy taste. Lighter mouth feel but lots of prickly carbonation. Much more sour than I anticipated, but I enjoy this one. Thanks G-Man!

Sep 15, 2009 12oz bottle. Pale yellow with a frothy white head that leaves some light lasting foam. The aroma is primarily an impression of peach yoghurt with some wheat crackers in the background. The flavor is dry and tart with the same yoghurt impression and a nice peachy fruitiness that is not sweet and annoying like I feared it might be. Light with ample carbonation. Feels good in the mouth for a light quaffer. A little clean for a berliner, but about as drinkable as possible.

Aug 14, 2009 Huge sour tart nose with a riesling type waft. Pours see thru sparkling yellow with almost no head but plenty of bubbles, the beer is almost clear. Balanced carbonation with a crisp finish a lighter body. I enjoy the flavor but honestly I don;t see where the peaches are... I might be missing something. Flavor is tart, intense and very white wine in nature. almost like a sparkling beer if you will. There is some subtle notes of peach on the back when ti warms up a tad. I really enjoy this. Just wish for more peach up front....

Aug 23, 2008 Updated: Oct 19, 200812 oz bottle. Pours very pale, somewhat hazy gold with a giant fizzy head that delays a full pour by several minutes. Aroma is very sour, but that’s about it. Interesting sour flavor with some definite wheat and fruity flavors, one of which is indeed peach alongside apple and pear. A little sweetness along with the sourness. Rather thin palate. Definitely an interesting beer; interesting enough to make me want to try some more sour beers.
Rerate 10/19/08, bumping the rating up to 3.6. This beer is really quite tasty.
