Huge sour tart nose with a riesling type waft. Pours see thru sparkling yellow with almost no head but plenty of bubbles, the beer is almost clear. Balanced carbonation with a crisp finish a lighter body. I enjoy the flavor but honestly I don;t see where the peaches are... I might be missing something. Flavor is tart, intense and very white wine in nature. almost like a sparkling beer if you will. There is some subtle notes of peach on the back when ti warms up a tad. I really enjoy this. Just wish for more peach up front....

12 oz bottle. Pours very pale, somewhat hazy gold with a giant fizzy head that delays a full pour by several minutes. Aroma is very sour, but that’s about it. Interesting sour flavor with some definite wheat and fruity flavors, one of which is indeed peach alongside apple and pear. A little sweetness along with the sourness. Rather thin palate. Definitely an interesting beer; interesting enough to make me want to try some more sour beers.

Rerate 10/19/08, bumping the rating up to 3.6. This beer is really quite tasty.

12oz. Pour is hazy golden with no head. Aromas of sour peaches, citrus, vinegar, and some yeast. Flavor is tart peaches, burnt sugar, citrus, and slight hops. Easy drinking and very tasty.

From Full Throttle Bottles in Seattle, WA. It all began with a head that almost wasn’t and a body of cloudy light gold. Oh yes, I was ale to coax some sediment from the nether regions of the bottle; I hate waste! The aroma was lightly "peached", and so was the taste. Mouthfeel was about average, and the second mouthfull was better than the first. It finished a bit less bitter than the taste. For sure this is a better choice for summer drinking that manning the barbeque in mid-January! Fairly refreshing; this is my first Berliner Weisse.

Pale golden, hazy, foamy short head. Pretty refreshing, I’ll have to remember it for the summer. Lightly tart, almost too grainy. Notes of citrus and peach but the peach is not overdone, it blends into the tartness and is not sweet. Finish is semi-dry. Fizzy. Not as sour as other Berliner weisse I’ve had but its a nice summer drink.

Departing the 12 ounce brown bottle it appears nontranslucent pale yellow with a creamy white head that evaporates slowly and the lace forms an even coating on the glass. Nose has a pleasant fruity aroma, with hints of malt and a little yeast, quite appealing. Start has a light to moderate malt presence, with the top light to medium in feel, sweet at the front, with a pleasant bit of tanginess. Finish is moderately acidic, a touch of hops noticeable, sweet to the end with a dry and lingering aftertaste, a pleasant change from my over the top hop and alcohol laden beers.

Very pale yellow. Big bubbles for a craft brew. Aroma of peach yoghurt. Flavour is mild and tart, with a prominent but not overbearing peachiness. Finish is sweet & sour. A simple, refreshing brew that disappears very quickly - so quickly I barely got any notes on the paper.

12 oz. bottle. Very light floral aroma. Hazy pale gold color with a decent white head. Peach is detectable as the glass approaches the lips. Starts slightly sour, with light peach flavor that gets stronger as the fizzy carbonation goes away. The body is probably thin, but the carbonation makes it difficult to say. It’s very dry at the finish, and the mild sour could well be a citrus presence. There is absolutely no bitter, and the peach does last awhile. Quite different and delicious.
