Aroma is grapey, light fruity and has some light tone of peach. Undertones of citrus, mostly lemon. Flavour of grapes, citrus, apples and unripe peach along with notes of wheat. Vinous undertones of sour white wine. Tart and dry mouthfeel. Light to medium body. The Dogfish Head brewery are sometimes more interesting with there smaller, more subtle beers than there bigger, have it all beers. I like this. riversideAK (2792), Shoreline, Washington, USA

Hazy piss yellow with a small, bright white, rapidly disappearing head. Smells like a white wine spritzer. Mouth-puckeringly tart. Lots of wheat, but I don’t get a lot of peach taste - makes me curious to try a straight berliner weisse. (The peach flavour increases as the beer warms). Sweet-sour finish. Very dry, and quite heavily carbonated. Very refreshing and drinkable. Thanks again, Jeff. JFGrind (1354), Glenside, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 18, 2007 Had a bottle as an after shift drink. Refreshing, hazy yet vibrant yellow bodied beer. Peachy, some tartness flavored Weisse. I enjoyed this light summertime offering from DFH. aracauna (2391), Georgia, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 1, 2007 Pours a heavily hazed yellow. There is plenty of sediment in the bottle, but I only allowed a little to enter the glass. The head is fleeting. The fruit is fairly subtle. I don’t think I would have noticed the peach in the aroma or flavor if I weren’t looking for it. There’s a nice crisp tartness and a spritzy body. This would make for a nice summer beer. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 22, 2007 Thanks to Justin. Mild wheaty aroma with a touch of peach smell, with a bit of funky nose and honey. Pale amber hazy with thin white lacing head. Light bodied with medium fizz. Starts tart and acidic with light peach flavor, mild wheat notes and some funk. Finish is tart but not harsh. Decent attempt at berliner weisse but too wheaty. Padron4KM (405), Chandler, Arizona, USA
