Dickinsonbeer (3434), Hoboken, New Jersey, USA Nov 1, 2007 BBF 07. Pours a hazy very light yellowish, with peach hints, kind of a like a cloudy berliner weisse- nice fluffy dissipating white head. Aroma is lots of white wine, grapeskin, tartness- green apple acetaldehyde, grassy, and DMS- cooked capbbage and hints of corn. Lightly sweet, more chard grapes, crackery malts, tart acidity in the end, and finishes sort of crisp- and a bit vegetal i the end. Very interesting; I’d drink it again. wickedpete (625), Lexington Park, Maryland, USA Oct 1, 2007 Vinous aroma, with hints of wit beer characters, though a little weak. No head, cloudy yellow. Heavy flavors of grapes then fading and leaving hefe flavors with some faint tartness at the end. Thick in the palate. An interesting try. Not unenjoyable but not something I’d have again.
